One doesn't always get to know one's effect on the world, for good or ill. Thanks for letting me know, though Kabu did tell me, also, at the time, that the information I shared was useful. I do know that your life has been haunted by feelings of responsibilities some of which were never really yours, but it served others that you took them on. It takes great courage to live with such chronic pain, and still be able to find and give love. You are one of the heroes of the world, and you have nothing you need to apologise for.

Twice in my life you wrote two e-mails to and for me that helped me immensely, one was about CPTSD which helped me immensely. I've always meant to write and thank you for both of them and I apologize now for not taking care of that until now. I have been unwell for a couple of years unable to take care of a few important life items, do forgive me and accept my heartfelt thanks for your kind counsel.Love John

I'm happy Embers has options that will agree with her taste and
preferences... I saw on FB a video of Ninja cats - hidden, partially hidden, upside down and rightside up, in places they "can't" fit... Silly me, I have to grin just thinking about them and all they get up to.

and I am glad that there seems to be a lot of life left in this cat too. Mr. Graysome has to live inside and actually he is a bit like a prison inmate. he gets out a couple of times in the summer and races around smelling everything quickly and then to the door and screams to come back in.
