All I had to do, as I suppose I suspected, was wait a while until he forgot about the tea towel and put the bowl away wet ... Result! (I'd rather clean the shelf periodically).

Hi CCT - a lady we'd taken to lunch asked me if the men helped at home (now that I'm running around so much), and I jokingly said I hadn't managed to train either of them yet. His dad turned to him and asked him if he was untrainable... Stepson, miffed, said he 'wouldn't go that far' (but I would)..smile.
