I'll give you a third tip... after a season of cooking (or maybe less depending how often you use it and how fatty the foods), you have to clean the dripping pan area.... 

I watched a friend light his gas grill one day and it immediately turned into a towering inferno... it was bad enough that he called the fire dept in fear that the house was going to catch on fire.  The firemen told us they're called to hundreds of grill fires just because people forget to empty the drip pan.

CCt means a sardine ....Great read as usual. I can just picture rhose guyspassing each other. They is going to meet again very soon...they can spend forever talking about what went wrong when they do.
