I'm 48 & I/my husband & I have gone through difficult situations. I know it's not always easy to keep hope & faith alive. One thing which helps is realizing there are others who may have experienced something similar. That we're not the only ones. I hope that you have people you're able to share with in your life.

It's best to ask what could be better than this? Whatever question you ask the universe will answer...So ask positive questions....

If its any comfort it happens to quite a few young people. Once you break through the dreadful feeling you will be OK.
