I'm sure Wiley will soon be chipper again. And in a mere eight weeks or so it'll be warm up there again as well...

The trouble is you are not used to working on the garden, One has to begin in September

make a big effort in October. really get stuck in in November and do a bit in December etc. April and you think you can dig half an acre in twenty minutes. No one has to be realistic. Even I feel tired after stock hoeing for a couple of hours. If I complain, 'you should not be doing it , not an encouraging  answer. If it is any help more folk get help from the doctor along now through gardening. You are not too old, you just need winding up slowly and do a little at a time.

The more we try to get away from ageing, the more it seems to catch up. I loved those sweet thought dear Presta has marked.

Please be careful with your outside activities!  Heck, you are not old!

I didn't expect to get old either.  I thought somehow age would pass me by because I felt young in my mind's feelings.

Fifteen minutes, give or take, if you do it every day, will make a big

difference in how well you sleep. Funny, but just a little fresh air and exercise give your
brain permission to doze after the sun goes down. Besides, your team is in the Stanley
Cup playoffs, and it's almost unCanadian to miss those on TV.

I still wish I could help you with that new computer... but I know you'll get the hang of it.  Don't overdo yourself with the lawn work!  It's just nature. It's meant to be a little messy.

Oh, dear S. Sister, I love your post. I love this part: I didn't expect to get old.  Why should I have? I only ever knew young! Exactly! Well, ask Betty White, you ain't old! Nobody is old, just older than we were! Still, aches and pains do hurt. I lasted about 3 seconds outside so far... LOL!

Where did you get that sign? Lol
If I had been your neighbor, I'd offered my help on your gardening. :-)
