I know Maryland a few years ago tried to pass a bicycle helmet law, but it fell flat. None has been proposed since. A lot of bicyclists are head strong (see what I did?) against them.

Sorry - it's not 'naughty', as Kabu says, it's idiotic! I've been doing a lot of riding, and will do some again when the weather finally improves (our spring hasn't arrived yet, it's probably stuck in your neck of the woods, LOL) and i won't dream of riding without my helmet. And I always remember when I got hit by that truck...

great picture and photo and he is naughty. I rode my bike all the years I was a little kid and used to fall off it sometimes ..no helmets back then but I wasn't doing tricks like this.
