The Peace Movement has sadly gotten lost in the shuffle over the ensuing decades. Hopefully, we can attain peace before it is too late.

Kabu

It was a fun time, in spite of it all. Hey, and you flew all around the world when flying was considered fun! It all sounds so different now; mod, Flower Power, Peaceniks, peace signs, going braless, free love (welll, for some, not me), songs that meant something, denim, fringe, hats, and more flowers. As I said, I wouldn't give up having been able to go to Haight-Ashbury and experience it first-hand at that time, nor give up one second of any of those days. I was right behind ya, S. Sister. Oh yeah, two more words, Mary Quant...

I have to admit I spent some time as a hippie and I loved it! It amuses me when I see older men who were once hippies but couldn't let it go! LOL! Your sam I am

I like the perspective you bring out in this post... nice.

My favorite Beatles song is "Imagine."
