No I don't like a lot of climbing I like level ground, I suppose one gets use to one form of exercise. Stay fit that's the way to do it.

I keep telling myself I'm gonna get out and walk for half an hour,
and then another day goes by.... My stair-climbing is restricted to the five steps up to the front porch these days, but I remember when I used to run down 3 flights and up again in the classroom building where my office was, because it was faster than taking the elevator - for which there was always a wait.
