I write about both. It feels good to let out the bad experiences so I can let them go...
It sounds like you have an amazing group and hope it continues to be so beneficial for all of you

Sometimes it is harder to write about the good times, because they may seem ordinary.
Of course all good times nearly are.

We have a Blue Jay that harrasses me in the mornings if snow has covered all the feed. Today he saw us through the window and put on a show for us hopping chirping with his head feathers sitting up. That is a good place to go when one is feeling low.

Charlie wrote something on Facebook yesterday about the value of writing about something you don't much like. If I can find it again, I will reprint it on my blog.

Amazing post. I'm afraid I write mostly just about the good times or fun times, or things I enjoyed from my youth, things I like to remember. But there were hard time too that I've never written about, or left out of the writings on purpose.
