Every qualified American has a right to vote. New Cold War cyber threats and hacking by a foreign power against communication by political parties during election campaigns need qualification, and then, yes action. The right to vote can be addressed constitutionality.

I am old enough, perhaps wise enough to leave your American politics to you. I know nothing about the people your elected next Mr President is surrounding himself with and I no longer believe what I am told by the Media.
