I hope your car starts without complaint any time you need it.
Looks like this winter will be colder (and longer) than last year's.

it was like sitting at the Arctic Pole here today when we were out but lovely and cozy in the car and nearly too hot walking the mall.

I feel for you! When I was living in Winnipeg (Winterpeg! LOL), where winters are COLD, people would routinely plug in their block heaters at night! At the U we had plugs even in the parking lot to plug them in during the day...You might want to investigate whether that's a possibility for you...

What I want to know is that little girl who was singing the one who had the chicken? Re your last photo.

I loved this post but I suggest you move to Alabama. Beautiful, a bit cold but nothing like that.

Try not to get honey on the keys Taps. I think I would go for a taxi if things get too bad. It makes me shiver to think of your poor little car standing naked in the cruel frost.

When temperatures become frigid, my car is going to stay in the garage. Starting it becomes a bit of a challenge, and I can go with my truck, instead.

Sooo cold there! It must have been difficult today running errands. We have a sub-station post office that closes for lunch, and it amazes me still! Getting gas is a horror, and I too wonder why attendants went away. Hope tomorrow is a better day. And hope the chicken was good. Speaking of food, did you ever hear of a place called Totero's in your area?
