Yes, this will surely make you smile - our sprightly International Blogger, who knows secrets to good health. I am sure it includes a forgiving heart; veggies; children

CCT- It raises questions beneath the surface: In some cultures 'stalking'
used to be the way a male wooed his future wife. But one-night stands changed all that, as did "Equal Rights," though it does not penetrate some societies, and some places even in the good old USA. In these places many birds, many feathers, downy pillows, comforters ... Shalom, shalom (Shabat Shalom!)

Very interesting especially the stalker theory.I suppose if two stalkers gel then it is fine.
Birds of a feather. .

I think the quote isn't nihilistic as much as saying we MUSTNT take freedom
for granted, but look at t from other people's side. For instance the American Revolution and US Constitution was not immediately wonderful for the slaves, or even women, who are not see as "Men Created Equal." Thank God Amendments were provided for by the great FoundingFathers and Mothers of 1776. (Or 1783!). But Nautikos is right, if we go doen relativism and LIterary deconstruction, then it becomes merely, 'He said, she said, and both are entitled to their opinions; no FACTS'

Re: UKUSA
I just liked the quote, but don't intend to wander anywhere near nihilism! :)

I'm not familiar with Neil Sookdev, but I am familiar with the concept and even the practice of the 'deconstruction' of meanings (as, for example, in Derrida's work). It's interesting and enlightening, but can also end up in nihilism. And Freedom is epehemeral enough as it is, like Happiness...

I love Neil's quote, and the pix! Thank you so much. We should look at the world with eyes that see.
