When I was traveling through Egypt one did not buy coca-cola from a stall and was best off to stay with tea or coffee where one knew everything had been boiled. Drinks for Westerners could be topped up with pee pee or dirty water.

I never had heard of Zamzam before! And do they have Zamzam dealers, I wonder? I have heard of BamBam (and Pebbles), flim-flam, shabam, can-can, say-mam, hotdamn, on-the-lam, whim-wham, but never Zamzam! Thank you, Naut, once again, for the educational post! LOL!
