There are those who truly believe their viewpoint is the only correct viewpoint and nothing you say or do will ever change it. I learned to just smile and say we can agree to disagree and move on.

Did I once mention Christianity? No, I did not. And if I had, it would have been a far more specific reference, as Christianity encompasses many things, comes in many versions and interpretations. My post refers to any mindset that fits this shoe. And some versions of Christianity most definitely do fit.
It is you who decided its about your Christianity.

After reading this post I do believe you know less about Christianity which I suppose is what you are calling the less encompassing, than you believe. It is totally not the way you are describing. I do not mean to be ugly but I wish you knew from the heart what you are writing about.

It was a conversation in one of Charlie's posts, a very long one. I did not say to the other person what I said here. She is a friend of his, sort of. But how I found myself feeling insulted and patronized got me to thinking why.

For me this is where danger starts. My way is the way...which leads to my way is the way and you are in huge trouble in this World and the next if you don't see exactly as I do...which leads to God needs me to destroy you and all like you.
