Yes, that's my point Kabu; these are the people were faced with each time we leave our homes. People who seemingly lack just the basic fundamentals for each other and many, not all, are Civil Service Workers that view themselves slightly above or superior to the rest of Us when placed in certain entry level employments or, more importantly, positions...

I think the mother had every right to know
and every right to receive a clear answer to her question instead of a scolding, which is what the other comment sounds like to my ears.
