The average life expectancy is 74 years for men and 78 years for women or somewhere in the general area, but for the better part of life, many have taken on the challenge focusing on others making unsolicited humanitarian decisions for everyone! They want to decide who's worthy of Paradise; who's church is honorable or full of hypocrites; who's life is worth preserving or destroying; who's a saint or sinner...  People single-handedly want to decide where, which and who are religiously worthy!

Unfortunately, these character trait has been embedded into people, creating the Whos Who and this embedding doesn't stop at religion; this embedding has ruin the very foundation of our structure! They've been taught to believe their life is more meaningful than someone else based on: their religious beliefs, generational wealth, their career skills, their geographic residence, who their parents are... Again another list that goes on and on!

But, there is one thing we all overlook and this one thing, brings us back down to Earth on an even playing field with everyone else disaster...Tsunamis, Hurricanes, Tornadoes, Typhoon and Earthquakes. When these occurrence happen, we are reminded whos in complete control of this Earth and its not mortals. We are only visitors with limited passes; we need to start behaving this way! The next time when, not if, we have a calamity take note of how many persons are in the disaster area asking others... what are their religious beliefs!

isasters...Tsunamis, Tornadoes, Hurricanes, Typhoons and Earthquakes!!! When these occurrences happens, we all get to see who's really in control of this planet that mortals keep trying unsuccessfully to Rule through religion, money & fame. There is so much collective good we could all be doing with the limited time we have here on Earth, but we spend this precise time on whos better than whom! During the next disaster watch and take note of how many people in the disaster area asking other people what church they belong to before providing aide...

Even with your comment,  you demonstrate the differerence in the religions.  Christians pray for God to do something to get a bad president out of office.....  while Muslims pray for the burning and destruction of entire countries.

Sounds kind of like human nature to me.  People of every faith, including some with no faith, pray hard for what they believe in, or desire, no matter whether it is right for someone else or not.  I know people who have prayed for eight years that God would do something to get President Obama out of office, even though, apparently he was God's choice to begin with.  (Romans 13:1 The Bible NIV - Let everyone be subject to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except that which God has established. The authorities that exist have been established by God.)
