I am not sure how long France or for that matter the West will continue to tolerate the conditions. There have been plenty of events that should have changed the thinking that have not.

nothing new here...My kids were waiting to be picked up by friends on the outskirts of Paris back in 19-98 and had to jump on a bus quick as they were being circled by middle easterm men with knives etc.
I and my parents were held at gun point way back in '66 by 3 French Policemen looking for militants from French Sudan...(Mali). What the hell a family of 3 Australians had to do with it all I never did understand.
