They call what he does "flipping" a house.

I think, based on what he starts with, it would be extreme flipping, maybe even ninja flipping... Wow!

Some love to take up challenges and create their own thing , your son has that quality and I wish him luck for his new venture. Maybe we will get to see pictures later with captions... THEN & NOW. :)

Well, as you should know since I've told you more than once, I totally admire your Son  #3. And having been very successful in doing it once, I'm sure he knows what he's doing and will be successful again. And as others have suggested, if Mom won't go near the place again for a while, maybe Son might be persuaded to take a few pics himself for the very curious citizens of Blogitville, especially this one...

That sounds like fun to me! Don't know about living in it though, at least while in really poor condiiton. You can make a small fortune doing what he is doing. Well, not you, him. LOL!

Yes - maybe Son could take some pictures for we curious friends in Blogit? I know what you are saying about sticking close to home when we are feeling tired.

The thing is Taps if it has a building already on it that makes it worth twenty or more times than just land. One can buy agricultural land here for say 10 thousand an acre but if it had planning permission even for one building it would fetch at least 200 thousand . I wish I were young again but the trouble is one never had surplus cash in those days.

LOL...the things one did when they had the energy. Even here, Wiley and I look at the improvements he made and then we made and feel like a nap. Pictures would be good. perhaps Son could take some for us.
