Since I live in an apartment complex, I let the owners/manager worry about property damage and paint. I have always enjoyed the escapades of Road Runner and Wiley Coyote. My Sons always loved it and I used to watch it with them.

I'd stack the paint. As to property damage, had a neighbor run his car up the lawn, kill a nice tree, and crash a block retaining wal. He paid for repairing the danage but the tree couldn't be replaced.

first of all we have a couple of places for paint cans but we mostly have used them. and secondly, trouble with the neighbor if it is real then get a lawyer.
