mental illness
hi. I was on many mental illness drugs for over 20 years. Years of drugged hell. finally, I weaned myself off of them gradually. Today I am doing great with the help of a good therapist. Thanks for your view.

cognitive behavioral therapy
I agree that drugless therapy is more beneficial overall. Cognitive behavioral therapy does that. It teaches people to learn to control their anger. It teaches that when you are mad, you can still say you are mad but not carry it too far. Good blog posts.

trouble is that it would take so many folks with one on one treatment no country is going to pay for treatment like that BUT minimum chemical control along with home care is definitely a start.
