Just for the record, I am feeling better than I have felt the past two... maybe three years! I'm still a tad slow, a tad sore, and a tad emotionally raw after the surgery, but under all of that, my body is coming back.

when recovering it is terrific to have goals but if they don't quite get reached, that is OK too.
