Well I have just bought a window smasher Bill. A lot of high builds might be traps with small windows.

I guess every establishment no matter how tall should have some kind of evacuation plans for emergencies such as terrorists in the lobby blocking the door.  It is happening more and more often, everywhere.

Now would that be evac plans for the residents, or for the authorities (whomever they may be)? I think it is a good idea, but "The best laid plans of mice and men"... or more correctly, "The best laid schemes of mice and men..."  In reality, the circumstances may dictate a change of plan.
