Well, as to drinking...
I read this in response to my PIRaTE blog about toasts. You know- I have to say...
Since my health is so poor at such a young age (28 and diabetic with hypertension) due to drinking - I get a good part of it.
My relationship with God and religion is part of it.
Blogging gives me a rogues outlet since I have given up most of my lifestyle, and as a result, many friends.
While we (my friends and I) are still close, my not seeing them due to lifestyle change and true commitment to acting (see blogs) has caused a rift, but while my life is better, I still miss them.
Guess I should blogg about this, not just comment. But thanks for reading me!

Take a different turn at the junction
It is not always necessary to get rid of people when you can just take a different direction

Positive and negative are there always, but sometime we need to erase the negative friends and move on. Some other days we will help them to be positive. When we leave them alone, they might get the meaning, they might get better. But the choice is theirs, not ours. Your writings are real and excellent.

we've all done that
Sometimes men and women relationships don't work out. Sometimes friend relationships don't work out.

I gave up on the local church
Just because of the fact that everytime I went to that church, it seemed about 30 percent of the congregation made me feel bad in one way or the other. I have not returned to this church, and because of this I feel happier. So I say, good for you, for knowing what made you heartsick.

i'M GLAD YOU BROUGHT THAT UP. OF COURSE WE ALL HAVE UPS AND DOWNS, AND I WOULD NEVER LEAVE A FRIEND, A TRUE FRIEND WHEN DOWN.

Very good advice!
Sometimes you have to let someone go. A temporary negativity is one thing, but if they never add anything to your life, they aren't a friend.
