Well, I must say that I love trees, but I think it might make a difference how big they are, how old they are, how close to the foundation the roots might be, where all of the falling leaves and evergreen needles land, and other stuff like that. They can be awfully expensive to care for in regard to the house approximation.

Again, if the trees add to the beauty of the total package, house and landscaping, sure! If they are overgrown and look like something out of a horror movie, no way! The photos realtors use are usually not accurate portrayals of the houses listed, in my opinion. You drive up to the property and, whoa!

I say focus on both equally. The more pictures gives a better idea to prospective customers what the house and area are like.

Trees to close to a house could cause structural problems Bill. I would be very wary of seeing one too close. Of course no one would know if it had been chopped down and the stump removed.
