I like butter for cooking but otherwise we eat margarine, and lean beef sometimes. I especially won't eat a hamburger. Unless I can feed the meat product to the dog and eat the bun with the salad on.

Butter, actually, is probably better in moderation, than fake butters. Light 'butters' are useless, they are made with water and make the toast just plain wet.
I don't believe cows have to be raised and managed inhumanely. It is factory farming that makes them just cows in a machine.

I agree I would say eat butter. Sadly I have a feeling that cows do not live as an animal should. Perhaps when machines turn grass into butter I can speak with more confidence even though it is supposed to be one of those.
