Re: Nautikos and All

If you put a bit of fresh mint in your lemon water (never tried it with soda water though), then muddle it, another dimension of refreshing flavor is added that carries the barest hint of an almost sweet taste. Works with either or hot or cold water. Will try it with soda water.

Oh, so eloquently written! This is something I do each day, throughout the day! It was a pleasure to read.

It is wonderful to read of all the things that of which you are thankful for.

i really love this post. So positive. Sometimes it is definitely good to just think for a bit and be grateful for what we have.

You write about art. i love art for so many reasons. i love to go to someone's home and not to be nosy but to absorb their art. Their pictures, paintings, color schemes, decor, and on. It really tells one so much about a person and i can adore something in a friends home but would never have it myself. The joy is in knowing how well it fits the personality of my friend.

Krisles

This is a great post! I love it - it's inspiring! Too often we take for granted what pleases us and pay attention only to what disturbs us! It may take an effort to shift one's perception, but it's definitely worth it, I'm sure! Incidentally, I too love lemons, am never without them, and drink some fresh squezed lemon every day, usually with soda water, and never add sugar...
