What a wonderful post this is. There are a jillion people in this world with unsure feelings about themselves, seeking love, recognition, fulfilment, and they never seem to find peace or security in who they are. So sad. I wish more people could read this--men and women alike.

You almost brought me to tears with this post...Not easy to do for I seldom if ever cry.
Of course even as I applaud you for your resolve, and I really do applaud you, I cannot help believing that other people helped to leave you feeling unfulfilled in relationships.
Perhaps someone should have realized that they could never be what you needed and walked away before it was too late. I don't know your life of course, but I do know a woman who is beautiful. Who is able to give and receive love. A woman with compassion for all of God's creatures and one with delightful individuality. Some one that I am proud to call my friend.
