Also, DEMS...
...try to remember that the word "media" is plural. Your vitriol should at least be grammatically correct. For instance, please write, "The liberal media ARE against Bush." It would lend the only bit of credence to your arguments I'd be willing to cede.

The Anti-American is Dum & Evil

Kerry fought in a war for his country and came home disillusioned and then fought to end the war. There is no shame in anything that he did. Bush, on the other hand, evaded going to war and then didn't do his duty in the National Guard plush assignment that his congressman dad had gotten for him. There's plenty of shame in that.

Being shameless you idolize the coward Bush and denounce the hero Kerry. You live in a world that is upside down and bizarre.

It is outrageous that the liberal media has tried to make Bush's Guard service a bigger issue than Kerry's protests against the country while troops were still fighting and dying in Vietnam, just to gain noteriety~!

God I hope not!!!

Please god, don't let the little banty rooster get elected again!  I do think the Republibots are worried though, or GWB wouldn't have come out a day late and dollar short again, with the "Oh I'm going to start a committee to look in to the whole WMD deal!"  Whatever.  They are worried!

A lifeboat.
Kerry wasn't my first choice either Kat but like you I know that America is under siege from Bush and his crony capitilist criminal friends. They are giving us bloody and unnecessary war and fiscal bankruptcy. When your ship is sinking, you get on whichever lifeboat is available and can save you. Kerry seems to be the "lifeboat" available.

A little glimmer of light possibly in the darkness

that has been cast over our great land. Kerry wasn't my number one choice for the Democratic ticket, but if he can beat Bush, he has my full support. Nice, upbeat post!

ABB: Anybody But Bush!

We have to remove Bush from the WH and as many Republicans from Congress as possible. All Americans will have to get behind the Dem candidate and do everything possible to elect him. Kerry will do until or unless someone else is selected in the primaries.

Removing Bush will not be easy. The Republicans will cheat, lie and steal the next election if that's what it takes to hold onto power and besides that they have $200 million in a war-chest to spend on ads and distortions of their rivals. But if Bush is not removed the collapse of the American economy is unavoidable and will be excruciatingly painful for the vast milliions in the middle and poorer classes.

A ray of hope

in the darkest times.  Thanks again for a great post, Spy.  I hope the efforts of folks (especially on the internet) continue to bring this ray of light to the rest of America and the world.  GWB is looking rather ill these days and has lost his smirk of superiority in his speeches.  Now that the media has washed Dean out of the running, what will they do to Kerry?  Not likely, since Kerry is a ineffectual model of American politics.  He hasn't done anything of note in his 30 years of service.  I think his campaign song in Iowa said it all "Taking care of business, I love to work at nothin' all day. . ."

Is it possible that the Republican alliance with the Religious Right is crumbling? W. could be the goat! On the other hand, I wouldn't be so quick to count the Religious Right out. Don't know what they think of Bush, but they are a force to be reconed with, I suppose. It certainly won't do for them and the dreaded secular humanists to continue calling each other insane...
