Yes, it does. So many people are unwilling to go to Baltimore today because of April's rioting. Even before that, there are were people who were unwilling to go. Homicide and The Wire affected people who might visit the city. It is going to take a long time to change Baltimore's reputation.

Excellent writing and background music as ever, Bill...

Well, I guess it does dampen things for some but I don't see any sense in fearing something that isn't logical to fear and too often truly horrible events such as 9-11 happen without any official warnings at all. Then we are told to be massively afraid of Iraq, Iran, Assad, Russia, China, etc. without good reasons given....okay, that said, on a personal level, I do follow common sense guidelines and try to stay aware of my surroundings. Congratulations on the anniversary - is this magazine your employer?

Well you don't see many older folk in evening or night Bill. So I guess they are not happy,each episode does more harm.
