Wow, sounded pretty overwhelming at first!  I hope the dogs enjoy their new home!  Hope you feel better, too!

Wow! You should get a medal, I cannot imagine the chaos that lot could cause. You really needed a barn to house them in. I do hope you feel up to it after all that stress.

As I was reading this, I occasionally stopped and tried to really 'think' myself into that whole scene - a bit overwhelming, and yes, I do admire you...

Only you would take on a job like that.  I thought I was doing something marvelous just to get Pitiful in a carrier and move her from the only home she had ever known when we moved here.  She was freaked out.  I think she thought I was taking her to her execution.

Your description of this transition reads like a scene from a Disney

movie. I hope you're able to get pictures as you go. And let me just say you're a better human than I am, Adnohr. Although I did have a brindle colored mixed breed collie who delivered a litter before I got her to the vet. I wouldn't take on your supermom challenge these days.  Good to read that you're getting back to full metal normal. ☺

I would have been nervous, too, hearing that at the last minute. When my parents got their Doberman back in the 1980s, he threw up in the air. After that, he was fine to go into the vehicle, although he always had that sense when he was going to the vet.
