Wouldn't it be nice if landlords made things more friendly - like maybe
they could host a free coffee klatch now and then, or offer discounts for prompt payers.

They do, always have, in the handicapped W/C parking. They don't seem to care. The man with a W/C on his license plate moved away for that reason.

This appears altogether wrong. They are charging you and putting you in charge of having people towed. Oh boy. I am like you I would not want to have anyone toed, just would not. That is a bad situation. We should pray about it.
