I never thought about it at 62.  I was in good health, working full time, enjoying life and family.  Now that I am 78, I think about it often.

I feel what helps is focusing on the moment. Living in the moment helps a lot.

I hated it when I was sixty Bill ,but now I never think about it. perhaps when I am 100

I will begin to make plans for the future.
