There are fewer and fewer keepable secrets these days, there are records and whistle-blowers and the internet to make sure of that, though, of course, anyone can say anything. Denouncing is easy! People want to find someone to blame for things, maybe to be sure it isn't themselves.

The International Humane Society, I think, is feeding them at the moment. And that, of course, is the bottom line: feeding and looking after them.

Sadly we don't ever know what happens to animals with experimentation techniques. One must assume big money is involved, of course if it is a benefit to mankind one can feel it is more justified, but the animals should be treated humanely whatever the outcome.
