I prefer to see the good in the people that I interact with...there is usually some good although that Dave dude...he was missing something in his brain I believe. A perfect case of non feeling or empathy for any one or anything beyond his need.
This Dr that you met seems to me to be very rare these days. Yes as a nurse I found so often my patient would keep their eyes on me and their hands in mine, the one they really trusted.
