I've had that problem before as well...good ole AT&T kept sending techs who didn't know what they were doing and finally after a threat of losing my business they finally fixed the problem

mosy of my life was without Internet yet I would hate to have it taken away now. Retirement can be lonely but the Internet does keep one connected.
