Oh, and to finish answering the questions. What ticked me off about what Trump
said was his exaggeration of it all. He better look again if he thinks Mexicans are
causing most of the crime in the U.S. The Mexicans are known as the hardest working
people in the 'world.' I will always have respect for Mexicans but they have to come here
legally.

Illegals in general should be an issue; not just Mexicans. We have been getting a
wave of illegals of recent from El Salvidor, Hondorous and Guatemala. And of the ones
joining gangs...the Mexicans are getting all the blame. But this whole deal with illegal
immigration has been a huge issue since the late 80's. It just has never been addressed
properly. Any real environmentalist, including 'E Magazine' will tell you we have to
tighten up the border. It will also deter terrorism. Can't say I agree with amnesty either.

I would say that yes, Trump's statements were prejudiced. And overall, I feel he runs the risk of hijacking the Republican Party's presidential primary. During a debate, he is going to say something inflammatory, and it will either dominate the discussion, or the other participants will move on, looking meek in the process.
Illegal immigration is definitely a major issue and should be a topic for both parties in their primaries.

Every single time someone says 'illegal' immigration, I think the questions are answered....of course, this should be a huge issue in the election....of course, any candidate should be talking about it. Anything with the word 'illegal' in front of it that we are dealing with on such a huge basis....affecting the economy in such a huge manner..... potentially affecting the security in such a huge manner.....of course, it is a major topic to be on the agenda in the elections.
