Probably Spring.  Winter is rainy.  Not really cold anywhere but on the tops of mountains, but usually rainy.  Summer is humid.  Spring is nice.  And it's not tourist season then, so you can actually find rooms and whatnot.

Of course, you and J are always welcome to pull up a piece of my living room floor to share with the kitties! (Unless I've moved into a bigger place, in which case, you might actually get a room!)
