The sister needs to be more empathetic to her mom wanting to maintain her dignity even in her final days/hours....
you have a lot on your hands and may the angels help and guide you in these dire times

The family have no idea how blessed they are to have you ....but the dying Mama does and that is what counts.
That baby stays as cute as a button in every picture of him bless his little soul.
