I don't have an answer to the question, but I sure enjoyed listening to "Calcutta" by Lawrence Welk and his orchestra.  My parents just loved his music and his tv program.  One of my Aunts, my mom's sis went to one of his studio programs and we got to see her do the polka with Lawrence Welk on his Saturday tv programs.
