With your words, you have given us a great tour...I remember when I used to go to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina with my family, we would drive through Richmond, Virginia. The sewage treatment plant stunk up the town.

Well V. you appear to know so much about different areas. Trouble is I can't afford to retire yet, well not to the places I would really like to retire too. Islands are so expensive these days and one really needs ones own transport. You have some great memories keep them rolling.

Krisles--What a terrible mistake, especially being I used to raise fowl when I was
homesteading. If anything, I shouldn't have screwed that one up. I also found a word
error.

Well, the best spell check was learning how to spell when you were in school! I say that not to be a snot but because, honestly, spell check programs really only catch words that aren't really words because they are misspelled....but it won't catch real words that are just misused (like you meant foul smelling)...so I would suggest you use spell check and then go back through to catch words that you know from your own experience are correct spelled a different way, like Sulfer, in this post. Editing aside, are you sure you are ever really going to want to settle in one place? You seem to be such a gypsy at heart!

sounds sleepy and friendly and just right for some one to retire to away from the busy World. It is great being retired in a quiet spot I totally recommend it.

It is spelled 'Sulfer' Springs. And this is one of the reasons I don't like using spell check!
I thought I was right the first time....
