Depends on the danger that of which it possesses like a bear or a coyote. Those would cause me not to to buy a new house.

It depends on what it was I think. I surely wouldn't want to be living around a grizzly bear or a cougar.

Bears and Crocodiles yes they can be too much. Oh and a Lion or some other cat that can eat me. A weazel...no how cute.
