I'm not a big fan of kale but I do love spinach. I sometimes hate when they come out and say how great a food is especially for weight loss because then all of the sudden prices sky rocket for that vegetable or fruit

great post and I find that what was bad for you yesterday is todays must have daily. I am a naughty old Lady and pretty much eat what I like. I do love baby spinach cooked in with a meal though...or instead of lettuce in a sandwich.

Well, you'll be glad to know that on Monday we had a delicious kale soup (I like it the Portuguese way with freshly squeezed lemon in it) and yesterday spinach, among other things, LOL...
