I'm afraid it is probably most of us that grasp at just the right word, one that we know but can't quite reach. Often, I have to get up away from the computer and do something else for a few minutes before the word I want will come to me.

That is exactly how the brain works my dear friend. The more we kmake it work the more it reconnects and who doesn't forget a word or theme sometimes.
