no not healthy to hold a grudge but Josh working on a contract basis I can see worked for them both.

Actually, in a sense, Josh seems like a valuable guy with his plumbing and electrical
knowledge. You would think he could of found a job anywhere with his skills. But I
guess your father may have been one of the few to put up with his attitude.

I guess in the end it might well have been a win-win situation, especially since there were probably tax advantages for Josh, working as a contractor...
