I suffer from lower back pain at times. I find stretching and consuming a lot of water
to help pretty well. I think my next step will be yoga.

Crikey ever had neuralgia, or a nerve dying in a tooth. The cure in my case was to drink a red hot cup of water, I nearly jumped out of my skin, but it killed the nerve stone dead.
Not recommended.

It is called a Chronic condition because it cannot be cured. There are many ways to manage Chronic conditions. Diet , excercise, pysiotherapy, massage, Chiropractice, hot/cold pads and medication. There are alternative medications to conventional medicine, Riki, prayer surgery...There are times when any therapy can only relive the symprom of pain associated with the Chronic Illness and some times that is only marginal help as the Chronic illness progresses. The pain, the bodies way of letting us know something is unwell in our body, will continue throughout the Chronic illness worsening as the illness progresses until finally death.
