Well I suppose if one wants to lose weight one just eats less Justi. If one is happy is happy as they are they are, take no notice of the pundits. Adam only ate one apple and look what happened to him.

That all sounds wonderful. I especially like the creative centerpiece.
I recently used a Justin Timberlake Bobblehead for a centerpiece--I thought Phil would get a kick out of it. Actually, he just kind of took it for granted but Sons #1 & #3 couldn't stop knocking it on the head and laughing.

Sounds luscious to me...I'm bad about not fussing over much for just myself, although I do use my favorite pottery...and I use chop sticks for most things....and I use my favorite crystal for my drinks! And I am a candleholic! And those little white lights, I have them strunk across the fireplace mantle right now, reflecting in a brass tray...and stuffed in a couple of large clear jars....I just love them! If I were wealthy enough to be eccentric, I would wrap every tree in them and flip them on at my fancy!

I'm so scared of food now, I've pretty well stopped eating! But we must drink, and I think I'm in luck - I haven 't read anything bad about scotch, so I'll just stick to that...

Such fun. I too am sick of what I shouldn't be eating and as a Christian I don't want to kill myself but nor do I want to live forever. I do enjoy food and to me making everything attractive is a big part of the eating experience...besides not having to cook always helps when everything hurts. Thank you dear for the prayers and caring...I think this back pain is muscular but it may be a disk leaning on a nerve.
