Great subject but I do not agree with Kathryn Boucher's bias findings. It has been
known that women perform worse on math SAT scores, ''for example.'' But I think a
better way to describe this 'potential' problem would have been by explaining the
real problem. Girls, women, have never put emphasis on math skills 'because it was
stereo typed by society.' With that said it would be completely ridicules to claim
women are not as intelligent as men on certain levels, or overall. Example: A woman
holds the highest IQ ever recorded. Men excell at some things more than woman, and
vice versa. Woman are needed just as much in higher levels of employment,
government, etc. More women than ever are going into these stereo typed fields of
employment that require upper level math skills. We'll see where women are at in ten
yrs. from now.

I remember learning about stereotype threat in psychology. It makes sense.
