I love your plan. Also, I agree with renting out the rooms. Leave it as a last resort,
being it's in the same place that you live. Looking forward to updates.

Oh how I would love to grow heirloom tomatoes--lots of different kinds of them. But, apartment living is not made for gardening. Son has a garden, but he grown regular modern tomatoes and cherry tomatoes. I won't complain.

i have well placed garden benches and even a shade tent, i will take breaks when i need to and water, water, water, all very good advice.

You will do well. Wiley and I have plastic chairs that don't spoil in the rain and during the summer months we sit them around where Wiley works. Then we can both sit with our very important(take noteLOL) bottle of water, and rest whenever we need to...and stop for the day when our bodies say enough.
