Going through a rough patch myself right now so just catching up with you.....glad you're catching a breath. I want to share a meditation I've used for years the minute I feel stressed. It is from a Belgian(?) nun, very old and you might try it.....say just the three simple lines in a rhythm of sorts: All will be well......And, all will be well .....And, all manner of things will be well.

i keep up on your progress, again i say just be careful, do not let your guard down. to bad you could not take your dogs with you, they are good for watching and letting you know when there is someone around. i could never have gone off by myself, you are a brave person.

Yes I did find someone interested in authentic Cherokee furniture. He said he may be willing to swap for things I need like appliances. I only hope I can let go of them.

I didn't mean to but had to stop at an Irish pub for a glass of Chianti. On the appetizer menu they had Irish sausage wrapped and baked in bread. mmmmm I was so good, but I did take it one headache at a time and sent warm fuzzies to the pups.

Good for you for taking charge. I am continuing to Pray and to send positive and protective vibes. Lots of work ahead but one step at a time. Furniture is not worth your life. I have left much behind.
