Oh...I wanted skates like that! But there were no sidewalks in Elysian Fields and when we moved to where there were, I wasn't allowed out of the yard! I used to watch Sonja Heine (sp?) movies and dream of flying like a bird on skates!

I never got a tricycle, but my sister and I certainly wore out several pairs each of side-walk skates. We loved them and the freedom they afforded. We went everywhere on them.
